Privatization of Public Enterprises and Public Biddings In recent years Ghana and Africa as a whole have experienced substantial changes in their legal framework. Ghana and a host of other African countries have embarked on privatization of previous state-owned enterprises. Socialism has collapsed and capitalism is on the ascendancy.
