Privatization of Public Enterprises and Public Biddings
In recent years Ghana and Africa as a whole have experienced substantial changes in their legal framework. Ghana and a host of other African countries have embarked on privatization of previous state-owned enterprises. Socialism has collapsed and capitalism is on the ascendancy. In Ghana the firm has represented international companies during the public biddings held for the privatization of State-owned companies in the following industries: mining, telecomunication, energy and manufacturing.
